A Copy of FNS Credit Policy is provided with invoices and/or upon request. Courtesy Loan Closings: Purchase, Sale, Refinance, HELOC, 1st & 2nd Mortgage, Pool ie: Construction Loans, and others. Solemnize Marriage - Travel and additional services extra Certify contents of Safety Deposit Boxes Verification of Vehicle Identification Numbers - Out of State Vehicles Fingerprinting - FBI and DOJ approved Cards Notarize Signing of Child Custody, Adoption, Deeds, POA and any Other Legal Documents Anyone requesting services from a NOTARY PUBLIC, must appear before the Notary Public when the service is performed and must provide original PHOTO ID to Prove his/her/their IDENTITY. If you cannot prove your identity, I cannot be of service to you. Florida authorized fee structure allows up to $10.00 per Notarial act for - Administering an Oath, taking an acknowledgement, attesting to a photocopy, verifying a VIN, or ceritifying the contents of a safety deposit box. $30.00 for solemizing marriage (perform a marriage ceremony) Printing e-docs $50.00 Fax Back $1.50 per page Mobile Services Fee - $35.00 when applicable Cancellations - Full quoted fee is payable without advance notice of 2 hrs. When borrowers are either no sign or no show full fee is due as agreed when assignment is accepted. If Borrowers choose to use their Right to Cancel full fee is due. Alternate cancellation charge - no fee (ONLY) if no services covered under our agreement were performed with the exception of original confirmation of appointment with borrower and I receive cancellation notice more than 2 hours in advance of closing. Any service I am contracted to perform that requires overnight travel and accomodations is to be reimbursed to me at 100% cost and is in addition to my regular fees. I extend credit to quallified Lenders, Settlement Services, Title & Escrow Companies and approved Signing Services. FNS credit policy is firm and a copy supplied with invoices and upon request. Maximum terms offered is 30 days from services provided. Late charges will be assessed on delinquent accounts. Full quoted fee is due even in the event the loan does not fund. We do not accept reduced or partial payments. Companies that do not pay or are a collection problem will have to pay for all recovery costs.
